Work you’ll do
As a Consultant within our HRT team you will:
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
- Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
- Utilize structured, analytic approaches and Excel/SPSS programming to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with consultants to assist in identifying client needs and providing solutions to advance client business results.
- Develop and apply advanced statistical analysis to the business issues faced by our clients including: Cross-Tabulation, Data Reduction, and Segmentation Methodologies
- Support Survey Reporting, Action Planning, and innovative survey visualizations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology (I/O Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, or Hard Sciences with a focus on research and analysis
- 1+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
- Survey Research experience in both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Experience with SPSS, SAS, R or other comparable software
- Experience distilling large volumes of data into meaningful product
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required
